We collect only the information needed to prepare and deliver your order: your name, phone number, delivery address, preferred delivery time and any food instructions you share.

Order details are shared with our kitchen and delivery team for fulfilment only. We do not sell customer information.

House of Sindhu operates exclusively on a pre-order basis. Orders placed before 6:00 PM are prepared fresh for next-day delivery at the confirmed time.

An order is confirmed only after payment is received and confirmation is shared on WhatsApp.

Menu items, prices and availability may change. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes as communicated at the time of ordering.

House of Sindhu provides food services and does not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Customers with medical conditions should follow the advice of their qualified healthcare professional.

Because every order is freshly prepared for you, cancellations are accepted only before the 6:00 PM cut-off on the day the order is placed.

Once preparation has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded.

If an order is not delivered or is delivered incorrectly due to an error on our side, please inform us on the same day and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Delivery is free within 3 km of our kitchen. For locations beyond 3 km, applicable delivery charges will be confirmed at the time of ordering.

Deliveries are made at the delivery time confirmed with you on WhatsApp.

Please ensure the delivery address and contact number shared with us are complete and reachable.
