Freshly Prepared vs Mass-Prepared Food: What's the Difference?

4 min read

Food prepared in large batches must be cooked early, held warm and dispatched across long windows. Texture softens, tempering loses its aroma and salads lose their crunch.

Pre-ordered cooking works differently. Because quantities are known in advance, ingredients are prepared close to delivery time and each order is cooked for a specific customer.

This is why House of Sindhu asks for orders before 6:00 PM. The cut-off is not a restriction — it is what makes next-day freshness possible.

It also reduces waste. We prepare what has been ordered, nothing more.
